Common questions about ADPIA service and support

What should I do if I receive a notice of policy cancellation?

For help with coverage questions, call ADPIA. Our licensed agents can check with the carrier to see what issue may have led to the notice.

How do I report a claim?

To assist you in reporting a claim, our carrier partners offer dedicated customer service claim centers and online resources. Refer to your policy for your carrier's contact information, or call our customer service department at 1-800-524-7024, option 3, and we'll point you in the right direction.

How can ADPIA help meet my business insurance needs?

ADPIA offers a wide range of business insurance solutions for companies of all sizes, including group health insurance, property and casualty insurance and workers' compensation insurance. We connect you to nationally recognized insurance carriers and work together on a strategy that meets the unique needs of your business. Common questions about group health insurance

Once I switch my benefits over to ADPIA as broker, who will be my contact?

Upon transitioning your benefits, you will have access to our Group Health service team. They will be able to assist you or answer general questions you have regarding your current health insurance plans.

Can you provide support for general policy administration?

Yes. Your dedicated Client Manager can assist with all of your policy or billing questions, as well as explain benefit details, employee claim resolution, or correspondence from your insurance carrier.

Do you offer COBRA administration?

ADPIA does not handle the administration of COBRA benefits, we are happy to connect you with a partner for assistance.

Can you help guide me in complying with today's health care laws?

Yes. We understand that remaining compliant with various federal, state and local requirements can require a lot of work – particularly in light of evolving regulatory standards like the Affordable Care Act (ACA). At Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency, our licensed Client Managers can guide you in staying up to date with the latest health care regulations.
